    Absolutely nothing unsafe with that color. Rest is up to preference, but that’s about how I like it.

    To be honest, sometimes I eat my steaks pure raw, just some salt and pepper and slice nice thin parts of them. I love it and soooo much taste.

    You can’t over rare a steak, but you can under steak the rare.

    (Meaning, the better the steak, the less the fire needed. A8+ Wagyu Kobe should never be cooked, for instance.
