Today, I’m going to show you how to make the most delicious, easy and cheap pasta recipe ever! “Cacio e Pepe” literally means “cheese and pepper” in Italian, and it’s made with just THREE ingredients — pasta, pecorino cheese and black pepper. You heard me right, that’s it! In under 20 minutes you’ll have the most amazing cheesy peppery pasta you’ve ever tasted. This is a definite crowd-pleaser and one you’ll make again and again. INGREDIENTS (4 servings)🔻
• 400 g spaghetti or linguine
• 300 g of aged Pecorino Romano cheese
• 2 tablespoons black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS🔻
To make spaghetti with pecorino cheese and black pepper sauce:
Bring water to a boil and add salt.
Cook 400g of spaghetti al dente.
Grate 300g of pecorino cheese and add to a bowl with 2 tablespoons of black pepper.
Drain the spaghetti and add directly to the cheese bowl.
Add some pasta water to the bowl.
Stir quickly to melt the cheese and form a creamy sauce.
Serve immediately and top with more cheese and ground black pepper to taste.
