    Next time toss the pasta in with the sauce to finish it. It coats and sticks to the pasta and is way better than dumping it on top after.

    I’m pretty sure the homemade vodka sauce is on the linguine not the chicken.

    I’m Italian and I will NEVER mix a red sauce with the pasta. I want to fully be able to taste the pasta itself, along with the addition of the beautiful sauce.. I want full control of the flavors and I want total al dente.

    A white sauce, I am fully okay with mixing, but nothing else.

    You all are so fancy when it comes to the pasta you use, “Oh, let me spend 6 hours making linguine..” but you DROWN it..

    I want to taste the pasta AND the sauce. I guess myself and OP are rare.
