    Perfect doneness for me, but needs a better sear.
    Salt your steaks a day before, and let it sit on a wire rack in the fridge for ideally 24hrs.
    Then pat dry before cooking for an awesome sear.
    Or just blast that bitch with a hotter flame.
    Whatever floats your boat!

    Absolutely glistening with juice. Looks super tender and tasty. Personally I like more of a sear. Maybe do 30 secs on high heat each side at the end? Then again different strokes for different folks.

    Looks good. Only critique is have a hotter fire to get a good sear. I’d eat it though.
