My sister gifted me this lovely mix of pumpkin seeds last year and now this beauties are ripening in my garden. But can someone guess their identity?
My research suggests they might be some kind of butternut squash, what do you think? They are huuuuge
Also I'm not sure if I should harvest them now. They have stopped growing and turning slightly less green than a few weeks ago.
It's pretty moist around here lately (but not really cold) and I'm afraid that it could ruin them. The skin is not really hard though.
