Marinade 1.5 lbs peeled and deveined shrimp with: Salt, to taste 1/2 tsp white pepper 1 egg white π₯ 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp corn starch 1 tbsp water
For the flour dredge: 1 cup of Plain flour πΎ 1 cup Corn starch π½ 1 tsp onion powder π§ 1 tsp garlic powder π§ 1/4 tsp chili powder πΆοΈ 1/4 tsp white pepper Avocado oil spray, to coat shrimp π₯π«
Cooking instructions: Air fry at 385Β°F FOR 4-5 mins then flip spray with a little more avocado oil and turn heat up to 400Β°F for another 5-6 mins.
For the sauce: 2 tbsp Butter π§ 5-7 cloves of Garlic minced π§ 1/2 cup Soy sauce πΆ 1/4 cup Honey π― 2 tbsp brown sugar π¬ 1/4 cup water + 1 tsp cornstarch (slurry)
