Cannelloni pasta tubes, 1kg spinach, 375g ricotta, 1kg Passata, large pinch salt, large pinch ground pepper, large pinch nutmeg, large pinch oregano, 2 tsp sugar, 1tsp yeast extract, 1 heaped tap garlic powder, 80ml milk, large pinch oregano, 85g of grated parmigiano reggiano and 85g of grated Italian hard cheese mixed, bechemel sauce, fresh basil leaves.
