Well that really hit the spot! I made a smoked picanha roast the other day, sliced it super thin and used it for today’s lunch. The sandwich had a generous pile of the beef, American and pepper Jack cheeses, lettuce, tomato, dill pickles, crispy garlic and pepper onions, and homemade maple mustard aioli, all on a buttered and toasted homemade milk bread bun.

    Ugh I dated somebody who had a brand new, never been touched small slicer at their house that broke my heart every time I went over there bc I was told I can’t use it. Despite my day job being a deli clerk 🤪. I commend you for being a real one 🫡
