Continuing my mission to make as many sandwiches from The Encyclopedia of Sandwiches (by Susan Russo) as I can, #15 is the banana bread sandwich. My banana bread was structurally unstable, so I had to eat it with a fork, but I really liked it! Crispy sweet bread, it was kinda like banana cake with cream cheese icing. I don't have maple extract, so I just added more maple syrup until it tasted good.

oh that sounds good but also probably too sweet for me past a couple of bites. I do bet though those bites would be good. Good job op
My copy of the book came today! I’m so excited about the spaghetti sandwich, not that I needed the book for it.. I’m trying to find the perfect new sandwich to make for sandwich day next month
