Didn’t want to just throw away the lettuce I had so the ratio definitely leans more towards the green. Def some crunch but I should have just added more of the meats.

    Oooh roasted reds and banana peppers? Perfection. My favorite Italian was from a pizza place down the street from my old place; house dressing, ham/capicola/mortadella, spring mix greens with arugula and radicchio, tomato, roasted red peps.
    But i always always order it with banana peppers added because it just works with the smoky peppers and house dressing.
