First time ever cooking steak for my husband and I. How’d I do?
I watched a lot of youtube videos to prepare for this! I had the filet and made the ribeye for my husband. I think mine came out perfectly but overcooked his ribeye a bit 😢

Looks great. Nice char on the broccoli, good sear on both steaks, and the mashed potatoes look so creamy and well seasoned. Would 100% fuck this plate up great job.

I made something like this last Sunday. I bought a whole tenderloin at $9.99 a pound ungraded. I cut i to steaks, and the remaining was a roast. Medium rare with garlic mashed and vegetable blend.

So I’m looking at this and I have some serious critiques and concerns.
1. Why haven’t you been cooking steak more often when you make it this well? 2. You do plan on doing this more often, right? 3. Why is the portion on that one plate so small? It needs more steak.
( Nice job btw. That looks awesome and now I want steaks. )
