    I wouldn’t call this stupid. It takes a lot of effort to make, looks cool, and probably doesn’t taste bad. It’s more food art than an actual meal, but still; not stupid.

    I liked the jelly thing on the leaf but the broccoli spikes either needed more or none. Would have been better with teensy tiny flowers

    I wonder how the salt meshes with the fruit’s sweetness. The broccoli zest seems like it wouldn’t work, but I’m willing to take a chance.

    I don’t have $200 to pay for an appetizer, though.
