- 1.2kg of chicken breast, sliced thin
- marinade in shaoxing wine, some pepper
- blend many many cloves of garlic, half an iPhone sized knob of ginger, salt, canola oil and sesame oil ; until it becomes like a paste
- chop up some scallions
- in a frying pan, add oil and some scallions stir until fragrant
- toss in the chicken and stir fry for a few minutes
- throw in ginger garlic paste , the rest of the scallions and stir until chicken is cooked
- serve 150-180g of chicken with rice and a portion of veg
