Hey there, After many many goes at sauces and pastes I tried whole tomato's this year with our bumper crop…
Is this too much liquid? I added acid to drop the ph but I'm just conserned with the water content. What are your thoughts?

Just reprocess them for the correct time with new lids. The amount of liquid is normal otherwise.
