hi everyone, i am stuck between these two protein shakes currently— i am in a cut currently and lift weights 5-6 days a week and am counting my calories. i basically can’t decide if i should just go ahead and get the best bang for my buck regarding protein content or go for the “cleaner” ingredient option. looking for input, as i’m not particularly clean ingredient only— but know that protein products can be quite additive ingredient heavy…i go back and forth on caring or not, lol! thank you in advance!

Go with the Jocko Mölk, that shit is basically Fight Milk. Loaded with crowtein, bro.
Best bang for your buck just buy a 5lb tub of powder from Costco and buy milk separately. I don’t see a point in paying almost $4 per shake when you can spend 30 seconds making one yourself for less than a dollar per shake
Definitely try them out for taste beforehand. The best supplement is the one you will take – and it’s easy to get tired of a product like that before you run out of it.
I agree with Teabola, though, powder is better. My preferred one is Quest, even though it’s pretty expensive. Def cheaper (and to me, tastier) than buying the pre-made ones.
