    I had the same thing for breakfast, this morning. I don’t eat eggs so this is my go to breakfast sammy. I go with Dijon mustard though.

    Damn this gives me an idea for an insane breakfast/brunch.

    This exact sammy with either over medium or scrambled eggs on the side. Preferably over medium so I can dip it in some yolk.

    This along with a bit of fresh pineapple on the side and either an Irish coffee or mimosa.
