My breaded ones were well received so I did some that were tossed in cornstarch and baking powder. Fried once at 250 for 20 min, rest for 1 hr and back in at 375 for 10 min. Ultra crispy. Almost overcooked I think. But still awesome. What do you guys think

I made home made wings tonight for the first time, possibly the best wings I have ever had and it’s so easy
