My breaded ones were well received so I did some that were tossed in cornstarch and baking powder. Fried once at 250 for 20 min, rest for 1 hr and back in at 375 for 10 min. Ultra crispy. Almost overcooked I think. But still awesome. What do you guys think

    I like my wings super crisp, with the rendered fat and still moist meat all in a delicious shell of skin.

    They look as wings should – perfectly cooked and sauced. I can’t think of a single thing to pick out to improve upon.
