    Decided to take a stab at my own sauce. San Marzano tomatoes, with a few herbs and spices. Simmered that with ground beef for about 4 hours. Cheese blend is Mozzarella & Pecorino Romano. Baked at 375 for 35 min covered. And then 25 min uncovered.

    Had only used canned sauces before this. Had no idea! I know, what rock have I been living under?

    something about calling it “tonight’s lasagna” made my brain think you make a new lasagna every night and i had a chuckle. looks fantastic!
