Goodmorning 👋 I am digitizing my old recipes this weekend. Here is my grandma's tuna casserole recipe. She was from Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She was not a great cook, but this was one of her go-to dishes.

I kinda dreaded tuna noodle casserole when I was a kid, but as an adult I’ve found recipes that replicate the idea but not using cans and now I rather like it! Canned tuna of course, jut not the soup and veggies.

I’m from Milwaukee, and my mom made this every Tuesday growing up. Oddly, she was a good cook, but she was in a bowling league on Tuesday nights, and my stepdad wasn’t a good cook, so she’d make this before she left.
