First Attempt at Meal Prep. Alternating Rice and Legume to avoid getting bored of the same meal everyday.

    Please post your recipe(s)!

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

  2. Common to both: Red Bell Pepper, Corn, Carrots, Green Chilli

    Left Meal: Green Peas, White Rice (tossed on the pan for a few minutes with Sesame Oil)

    Right Meal: Black Olives, Mung Bean, Sesame Seeds

    This is way better then some weekpreps I see.
    I never understood why someone would eat the same every day.

    When I cook, I make too much.
    Leftovers go in plastic containers and taken out when Im not able to cook.
    I have at most 3 the same meals in the freezer, but always enough to feed 4 for about 7 days.
    On regular days it gets restocked with two or more containers
