    Who would criticize shredded lettuce? It is the superior sandwich/burger lettuce

    I would not criticize shredded lettuce. Both have a home in sandwiches.

    I like shredded lettuce but I’m usually too lazy to shred said lettuce.

    I only like shredded lettuce on po boys and gringo tacos. Not on any other handheld.

    Shredded lettuce does a better job of holding onto any liquid condiments, like vinegar and oil.
