My most perfect loaf

As with most people here, I can't think of anyone else who will be as happy as I am over this loaf. After baking for months I decided to give sourdough a go and I had my most perfect loaf in 10 months. I've yet to see the crumb but I'll be surprised if it's dense.

I want to thank this community. I've only encountered helpful and lovely people. In a dark internet world, ypu folks are pretty cool.
