I did the classic double fry last week, this week I did them on short notice.
The first fry was in the Air Fryer, 220 for 10 minutes. I went this route as I didn't have time to air dry in the fridge. Then 10 minutes at 400 in oil. I liked these way more then last week, keep the meat moist, flavor was great, and good crisp.
Sauce was just Frank's and butter. My best batch yet!
