Happy fall! I hope you all are having a lovely week this week.
I’ve been so excited to share some of my favorite fall recipes with you that I’ve been obsessing over! These recipes are warming, comforting and just put you in a fall mood!
It feels soo nice to be back at home cooking and getting back into my routine after coming back from fashion week. Fall is truly one of my favorite times of year and I hope the recipes give you some fall inspo! Also, I just launched my “Fall Recipe” collection on the @soulsyncbody app! Recipes:

Breakfast:
Pumpkin Single Serve Pancake Bowl ( mix and microwave for 2 min)
— 2 egg whites
—1/4 cup pumpkin puree
— 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use @ritual – not all protein powders work, so test what you have)
— 2 tbsp cassava flour (optional)
— 1/2 tsp cinnamon
— Pinch of salt
— 1/4 tsp baking powder (optional for extra fluff)
— Toppings: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tsp maple
syrup, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1/4 cup granola

Lunch:
– Cassava Flour wrap from Siete Foods
– Salsa verde dressing ( Greek yoghurt, veganaise, fresh herbs like dille and coriander, squeeze lemon juice, olive oil , salt & pepper)
– Sliced turkey
– Alfalfa sprouts
– Red bell paper & lettuce

    Would it be ok to ask how you learnt and understood how much your needs to fuel your daily activities as well as your activity? And how do you know what to eat now with your new muscle building goal? I always worry about eating too much but I really have a goal to eat intuitively, do you have any any advice as to how you approach and maintain your daily eating routine to incorporate this healthy balance between a healthy body and exercise? It would be extremely helpful xx

  8. I tried rye flour + yeast ( warm and wait 90 min ) and then 5 min microwave. It came out like a biscuit. Kind of trial and error, hehe.

  10. Sometimes I see you using an oven or air fryer to make your meals, could you explain what would be the difference of using each? I don't know how to cook and I'm not sure which to buy to start cooking

  11. I dropped once some air fried delicata squash on the carpet and my children walked on it. My carpet is now forever orange 😂. I can so relate

  13. You have to be careful though with too much use of ashwagandha as a stress relief, if you want to have a baby in the future. It might affect your fertility in the long run; as it contains testosterone.Thankfully never used it more than a week. However, the other good alternative for that is vitamin B complex, or natural foods that contain a good amount of vitamin B; like nuts ( especially pistachios) or legumes such as beans & lentils. The other good thing is Kefir drink as well, and all fruits contain vitamin C
