I got some new ovens that I finally installed and I underestimated how much nicer my loaves would cook in these ovens. The even bake on the loaves and beautiful color they get is amazing.

That’s like textbook perfect. Slightly burned edges transitioning into golden brown, and the whole spectrum of colors. That’s the ultimate flavor bomb for me. And the blisters, oh my!
