I’m on day 22 of a 1200 calorie deficit and I think I’m finally getting it (either that or I’m counting my calories wrong 😅)
This wrap had:
– Wholewheat seeded tortilla
– Chicken
– Greek Yogurt dressing
– Cavalo Nero
– Spinach
– Cherry tomatoes

I’m gonna be real honest, that is not a lot of food for almost 500 calories. If it fills you up, then that’s great for you, though.
How do you make the Greek yogurt dressing? Looks delicious
Any ideas to make this gluten-free? I’m new to western cuisine.
