  1. Changes are 30 to 50 months lees aging, higher percentage of barrel fermented wines, dosage to 3g/l.

    The names for all the entry level cuvees have changed, unsure about the assemblage of others at this point. Looks like they’re trying to reposition the brand up market.

    Happy to see they’re lowering the dosage! It’s always been a little off for me.
