First cooked some tomatoes, garlic, onion and spices to make a basic sauce. Then I fried some bread crumbs with herbs and olive oil. Third I cooked some elbows partially, then set aside. Fourth I mixed some cream cheese, milk, herbs and parm for a "ricotta" and set that aside. Lastly, I layered the elbows, "ricotta" sauce, and bread crumbs about 4 times in a bread pan finished with parm on top and baked.

    It’s only a pasta bake on the lower half the income bell curve, elsewhere its just sparkling casserole
