Sautéed fine chopped red onion, shallot, and garlic in evoo and butter, a lil thyme, a lil sea salt. Poured in some pino gris, heavy cream, fillippo berio sun dried tomato pesto, and sun dried tomatoes. Shredded some pecorino in toward the end as well.
