Good looking peppers and a great setup! I always cut the stems off the pods and sometimes slice in half before I dehydrate. What’s the idea with leaving the stems on? Are you dehydrating whole to rehydrate in a dish while keeping the ability to pull it out in one chunk or what?? Thanks!

I would cut them in half, more even dehydration.
After that, I put them in clean jars and use it for cooking or making sauces.
