There are a couple things i would change. The crust was a bit thick and the filling was too tart imo. Otherwise turned out better than expected.

    Congratulations! This is a wonderful cheesecake. I love the crust! It is amazing how you got the crust tall enough to fully encase the cheesecake. Fabulous! You say too thick. I say perfect since I love, love, love a graham cracker crust. I once was craving something sweet and had no baked goods in the house. So I got the Keebler graham cracker crust from my baking pantry and ate it like a big cookie. 😂😂😂

    If the filling is a bit too tart you could decorate the edge with piped stabilized whipped cream. That would help balance the tartness a bit.

  4. I mixed brown sugar into the graham cracker butter mix, and a pinch of salt!
