I used to boil the bones for 12+ hours to get nice white broth. But now I tried a different method when after 1.5h of pressure cooking you just blend it. The result is incredible and actually more consistant than long high cooking.

    Looks great. Don’t care what anyone says, Ichiran is my favourite ramen in Japan and you can’t change my mind.
