1 + 2: Chicken (marinated in salt, pepper, bay, korum, cooked in burnt butter), white rice (with ponzu), all other veg (tomato, broccoli, edamame, etc) all raw. So when microwaved won’t over cook them.
3 + 4: Beef Filei (pasta). Leak, garlic, tomatoes, carrots, capsicum, celery, bay, red wine, pink pepper + long pepper.

Slowly moving to a special diet similar to the keto given by my doctors + carbs. Failed a little on the second – but the first is spot on.
