One of my weeknight easy cooking staples is sautéed teriyaki chicken tenders and rice. I know I’ll have enough leftover for 2 servings of fried rice the next day. One is for now and the other is to freeze. Then I have just one future meal that is a nice callback. I added gochujang and chili flakes to the frozen just for some added punch.

Oh added the basic fried rice recipe. You know, scramble an egg and reserve. Dice veg and sautee, add garlic, ginger, green onions. Add soy sauce, cook lightly, add cold cooked rice, and mix well. Add diced cooked chicken. Fold in egg. Add more soy/sesame/condiment to taste.
