Last harvest of the season, Serrano’s, jalapenos, shishitos, and some cayennes. Harvested over 25lbs of each this season, 1st year with a garden. Made gallons of hot sauce, have over 10lbs dehydrated and another 5-10lbs of each in the freezer. Lots of tomatoes and canned over 25 different recipes.

    What would you recommend as the best option for a small single harvest? Apartment dweller and I’ve got ~15 superhots that have significant sentimental value. I’m keeping seeds and then want to either do hot sauce or pickled maybe?
