In Slovenia we cook it on milk, no water. It brings such sweet memories of my Grandpa. ❤ He would cook it for me, since it was my favorite growing up.
Yummy this is our Indian way , the only difference is we add all nuts and one pod cardamom and saffron . This looks yummy too I will try it .thank u for sharing
