My LM Mini and Mahlkonig E65 GBW were both delivered yesterday. I ran some beans through the grinder to season it and dialed it in for my first coffee this morning. The brew by weight scale and the auto on and off work flawlessly!
The E65 GBW is an absolute tank and is spot on with the grinding weight…I highly recommend this grinder for anyone looking at a hopper based setup.
Planning to also add the LM knock box and the wood accent kit in the next few months!

Looks good. Like the Vader setup! I’ve got the inverse with white but was so close to picking black.
I love your setup; mine is so basic lol. I’m also awful at milk foam art, I can never get the texture right despite practice.

I see a lot of LM machines here. Are they better than some of the steam punk looking machine like the profitecs or ecm?
I still can’t believe a retailer talked me out of a Mahlkonig because they said it would be excessive for home use.
Forget features, noise, etc……how much better is the grind quality vs. something more in the $1,000 range?
What does the big lever/slider at the front on top do?
