I've got circa 100 bottles in the wine cupboard which is right at the back of a 15th century home with very thick walls. Always in darkness and cool (or at least I though it was) until I bought the thermometers to see in more detail.
Wine is going to be stored in there for 5 – 10 years, possibly longer. Mostly BDX red but others as well. Humidity averages 65% with a range between 52% – 72%.
What are everyone's thoughts?

That isn’t a huge temperature change but less is more and you really want to shoot for just under 13 C
If you really value the wine you should insulate and install a system to regulate the temperature better
I think your humidity is fine but keep an eye on it when you install a heating/cooling system
Your wine is fucked, please send to me for proper disposal. Dm for address
