Ingredients:
• 3 Chicken Breasts
• Pack of Hardwood Smoked Bacon
• Heath Riles BBQ Honey Chipotle Rub
• Heath Riles BBQ Chicken Rub
• Heath Riles BBQ Brown Sugar Honey Habanero Glaze
• 1/2 cup of Light Brown Sugar

Directions:
1. Fire up your grill or smoker to 275º.
2. Cut chicken breasts into cubes and bacon slices into thirds.
3. Season chicken with Heath Riles BBQ Chicken and Honey Chipotle Rubs.
3. Wrap chicken cubes with bacon and put 3 pieces on each toothpick.
4. Combine 1/3 cup of light brown sugar and 1 tbsp of Heath Riles BBQ Honey Chipotle and Chicken Rubs in a bowl, mix, and sprinkle over chicken bites.
5. Place chicken bites on your smoker for 45 minutes.
6. After 45 minutes, brush chicken bites with Heath Riles BBQ Brown Sugar Honey Habanero Glaze and let it caramelize for about 10 minutes.
7. Remove from grill and serve.
