How to make an easy Halloween appetizer.

You will need: Skull Mold

Ingredients:
Cherry Tomatoes 10 oz.
Garlic Salt
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Olive Oil
1 Baguette
Pesto 8 oz.
Mozzarella Balls 8 oz.
Balsamic Vinegar
(Amounts will depend on how many bruschettas you want to make)

Directions:
1. Slice each cherry tomato in half and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt and red pepper flakes. Roast in a preheated oven at 375 F for 10-15 minutes or until softened.
2. Meanwhile, place mozzarella balls in a heat safe bowl, and fill bowl with hot, steaming water. Cover bowl with a towel and let stand 15 minutes. Spoon out each mozzarella ball out of the water and place into the skull mold. Gently press down the cheese so that it forms into the mold. Chill in the refrigerator 15 minutes.
3. Cut the baguette into slices and toast. Spread an even layer of pesto onto each slice. Spread out the roasted tomatoes on top of the pesto. Carefully un-mold each cheese skull and place on top of the layer of tomatoes. Optional: drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
