✨Hummus (without Tahini)✨

I’m back with another fun, healthy, and easy recipe which is rich in protein and fiber. It comes together very easily, you just have to put all the ingredients in a blender and that’s it. It’s ready.
Here’s what you’ll need.

1 cup garbanzo beans (chickpeas) – soak overnight and boil it or use the canned garbanzo beans drained and rinsed.
2 to 4 tbsp. water (use the same one that your boiled the chickpeas in)
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
3-4 tbsps Yogurt
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
5-6 garlic clove minced
1-2 tsp. ground cumin
1-11/2 tsp. Himalayan pink salt

Method:
Add the garbanzo beans, 2 tablespoons of water, the olive oil, lemon juice, yogurt, garlic, cumin, and salt to a food processor or blender. Process until smooth and creamy. If needed, add additional water to thin out the hummus and ¼ teaspoon of salt to your taste preference.
Store covered in the refrigerator.
