This is one of the best salsas I’ve ever had and I need to figure out how to make it!

Look at the ingredient list. Copy that. Possibly roast the ingredients over charcoal first. Then put them in the blender. Adjust the ratio of ingredients till you get it right.

I’ve never seen a green habanero in California so you’ll have to make sure you can find them first. The rest will be trial and error

Try a green habanero salsa – Rick Bayless has a recipe on youtube and he makes some good salsas. You could use any habanero and get pretty close I imagine.

I used to LOVE this salsa when I lived in Texas. Agreed, incredible fresh salsa. If I remember correctly it had chunks of avocado and cucumber. Wish I could get it in Colorado
