Vegetable lasagna, 402 kcal

    * 2 jars of ready-made tomato sauce with herbs (2 x 325 ml)

    * 600-700 g vegetables (I used 455 g spinach and 367 g bell peppers)

    * 1 large onion (150 g)

    * 2 cloves garlic

    * 100 g vegan grated cheese

    * 1 cup vegan crème fraîche (150 g)

    * 2 tbsp oil

    * 9 lasagna sheets

    * salt, pepper

    Preparation:

    * Dice the onions & remaining vegetables, press the garlic

    * Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion for 2 minutes, sauté the vegetables

    * Add crème fraîche & 50 g cheese, season with salt & pepper

    * Put a thin layer of tomato sauce in a mold, then layer lasagne sheets, vegetables, tomato sauce (3x)

    * Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for 20 minutes, top with 50 g cheese, bake for another 20 minutes

    Portion in the picture: 402 kcal

    for the whole dish: 2,078 kcal, 130 kcal/100 g
