Not gonna lie, these are a once a year thing for me when I am too lazy to cook anything good. Something about the muffin chewiness if I get the cheese burned enough is just great. If the pepperoni burn just a little even better!
For me this is drunken cookery at it’s almost finest.
Way back in the day when I was single I would always have some rare roasted beef to put on toastof really seed laden breads with cheese under the grill for a few minutes with seeded mustard and mayo. About the only thing springing to my drunken mind as better than muffin pizza.
Oh shit I forgot! I once did a version of jamabalaya in a friends house when we were all super drunk and hungry using leftovers. That is my finest cooking stunt. Then beef and mustard toast then muffin pizzas.
