    That’s a lot of sausages! 😂 Obviously it will be a biproduct but what do you usually mix in the grind? I’ve rarely made beef sausage. One I loved was a cheesesteak blend. Chz.. fine chopped onion and green pepper( Pre cooked to get rid of some moisture) salt pepper garlic

    Hi all! We make lots of things besides sausages, and to clear up any confusion that is pork, not beef! Pasture raised mix of berk, large black, tamworth & mangalitsa for those that know their hogs. That combined with an older animal 2ish years old, makes for a darker meat
