Had a sinus infection for a week, thought something spicy would help ๐Ÿคฃ so I made a quick habanero honey mustard chicken sandwich ๐Ÿ˜‚

I didn't feel like going anywhere so I pulled some chicken thighs out of the freezer to thaw, left one plain for my dogs ๐Ÿ˜Š

Salt & Pepper the chicken, flour, egg, flour/cornstarch mix with a little beer to chunk it up, then fry until crispy. Usually I'd season the flour/egg/mix but figured I wouldn't taste the difference and was lazy so I skipped that part ๐Ÿ˜‚

I had some leftover rye bread and bacon bits from some other stuff I made earlier this week, so I tossed that in the oven with some cheese. Cover the chicken w/ sauce and don't forget the onions ๐Ÿคฃ

Did this help? Not really. But, it cleared up my sinuses for about 30 minutes ๐Ÿ˜…

Can you elaborate a little more on how you breaded that chicken OP?

Use that sauce to marinate chicken for chicken philly sandwiches.

I love onions! Shit id even put that many onions on the sandwich! But without anything, I wouldn’t. N if I didn’t have anything else, I would’ve saved the onion for sum else. Sorry I just don’t understand onion creatures
