Not a fan of cumin in my salsa, but I’d maybe do some fresh cilantro. It looks great!

Salsa roja*. I’d reduce the cumin and garlic. I only do 1-2 cloves per 16 oz. Adding some hand chopped cilantro is good too.

Good color. Probably too spicy for me.
