Is it hot because it was just slaughtered or because someone knows how to cook a rare burger?
If it’s the last option then it isn’t raw, it’s perfect (in my opinion).
I am assuming that’s beef and not pork or some other minimum-cooking-temperature meat.

As someone who lives where the shortest day of the year is 7.5 hours long, I have more of a tan than this burger. Looks like you still ate a decent chunk of it though.

It should be noted that under no circumstances is raw ground meat safe to eat. Doesn’t stop some people from liking it tho.
