Maybe a little over proofed or not enough strength built up in the dough. Otherwise it looks great!

Doesn’t have a huge oven spring which I think is because your dough wasn’t shaped tight enough—when it’s not shaped taut, loafs tend to expand sideways instead of up, unless the baking vessel constricts sideways expansion and forces the loaf up.
Having said this, I think it looks gorgeous. The dark crust looks professional (as does the choice of rice flour on the outside) and the crumb is open but even. Looks delicious.
