I love my BGE, but this came up cheap, so I will use this as my rotisserie smoker.

    I don’t think anyone here will disagree with more ceramic to use. I wish I had the space to add more

    I think those look really nice. I have never tried one but think it is cool you can set it up for true 2 zone cooking.

    Just did burn off, what I noticed is the Primo took awhile to 600. Both vents wide open, lit as if I was light a BGE. I am using the lump that came with grill, (50 lbs bag) Maybe it is damp. I will keep everyone posted.

    I usually run my extension rack on the right and sear on the left closer to the vent.
